These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the Crimson Clues immersive murder mystery event (“Event”) presented by Mystery Escape Room, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By registering, purchasing a ticket, entering the event venue, or otherwise participating in the Event, you (“Participant,” “you,” “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Event Overview

Crimson Clues is a live interactive mystery and puzzle experience taking place on December 27, 2025, at the Tucson Mall (Main Atrium) in Tucson, Arizona. This event incorporates theatrical elements, timed puzzle activities, role-play, and group participation. themysteryescaperoom.com

2. Ticketing, Payment, and Acceptance

2.1 Booking: Your booking is complete only upon successful payment of your ticket purchase. All fees are stated in USD and must be paid in full before your participation is confirmed.

2.2 Acceptance: By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to comply with all Terms herein.

3. Refund, Cancellation, and Transfer Policy

3.1 Non-Refundable: Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3.2 Transfer: Tickets may be transferred to another individual provided that you notify us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the Event start time with the transferee’s name.

3.3 Rescheduling: There are no reschedules for this single-date Event.

4. Participation Requirements

4.1 Age: Participants must be 14 years of age or older. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

4.2 Conduct: Participants agree to follow all instructions from Event staff and comply with posted rules and safety guidelines. Disruptive, violent, reckless, or illegal behavior may result in ejection without refund.

4.3 Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in a live event may involve physical movement, standing, walking, or other activities. By attending, you assume all risks associated with such participation.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your health and wellbeing. If you have medical conditions that may be exacerbated by participation in this event, consult with your physician before attending.

5.2 Event Safety: We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any Participant whose conduct poses a risk to themselves or others.

6. Property Damage and Liability

6.1 Damages: Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to property or equipment during the Event.

6.2 Release of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that Mystery Escape Room, LLC, its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from participation in this Event.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Content Ownership: All Event materials, puzzles, scripts, branding, digital content, and related media are owned by Mystery Escape Room, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Restrictions: You agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, or disclose Event content (including photos, recordings, solutions, or intellectual property) without prior written consent.

8. Privacy and Communications

Your use of personal information, registration data, and any digital communications are subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Event website. Your continued participation after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Arizona.
